Sure! the Long-term travel is a pleasurable and an eye-opening
experience—but it can be inflexible on your health. You may be convinced to guzzle
local pastries and eat out each day. But retaining a healthy diet during travel
is not a problem.
1. Drink Water:
Drink bounty of water, and try to keep a bottle on you all
the time. Water will help you be hydrated and flush out toxins from alcohol and
